Get On Up are built to entertain any crowd and make sure that your event has everybody toe-tapping and jumping up and down all night long! Our extensive experience in the music industry has our dynamic repertoire expanding constantly to make sure you have a band that plays the songs that no-one else can and sends you off with that feeling of having an incredible party!

Standard Corporate Event Services Our standard service includes all the essentials you'll need for an amazing party. It's designed to minimise costs by including everything you'll need for a 'normal' size wedding or party: We arrive promptly by 6pm, unloaded and set up by 7.30pm Perform or DJ a first dance from our repertoire 2x60 minute sets of live music, finishing by midnight Fill your dance floor! Laptop party music playlist before, between and after our live music until the end of the night Very high quality sound and lighting systems provided to ensure a great audiovisual experience! What We'll Do At Your Corporate Event

Arrival, set up and soundcheck We will arrive in plenty of time to setup before your evening proceedings. We liaise closely with you to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as is possible. We use modern professional equipment meaning that setup is quick, with minimal fuss, and we don’t need to make excessive noise and need hours of sound checks.

After set up After we have set up, we will be playing background music through the PA system – making sure there is a seamless gap between the afternoon and time to party!

1st live set We will start the night off with a bang with our first set of music specifically crafted for you using your recommendations and our extensive experience! Get on Up will usually play for 2x60 minute sets (but can play for more if requested). We will time the sets depending on each different event to ensure that we can make the most out of the evening!

2nd live set & end of the night Get on Up usually will be finished by midnight (depending on the venue) but have the option to either do a DJ set until later or finish later than usual with our live sets. Once the second and final set is complete we'll take a bow and put our instruments down. If we have finished before midnight, or whatever the agreed time is, we'll put the tablet playlist back on until the very end. It is likely we'll come straight off stage to talk to guests and leave packing away for 20 minutes or so. Packing away our gear takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour.
